The Mulbarton site was sold to respected regional housebuilder Hopkins Homes. The development includes new allotments and large areas of new public open space.  It has now been fully built and the homes have been successfully sold.

Landform worked closely with the Mulbarton Infant & Junior Schools to identify projects that needed modernisation and the sum of £650,000 was secured through the planning agreement to help with the works. Landform also made land available on the site for a new GP surgery which had outgrown its existing premises.

“We were particularly impressed by the professionalism Landform showed and the way they were mindful of local feelings. It was clear they were willing to listen and take the public’s opinions into account. This resulted in a better outcome for all.”

“Landform listened carefully and treated us fairly in the consultation process. They put a great deal of effort into delivering the school a package of benefits.”
