After much debate with the Council, Landform were able to demonstrate to the Planning Inspector at the Examination in Public that the Holt site was the most appropriate one for development and secured an allocation accordingly.

Norfolk Homes, a well-respected regional housebuilder, is now building homes on the site. The new homes are a mix of private and affordable homes and are being built to high standards using a range of local materials and influences, such as flint. The site is a few minutes’ walk from the centre of one of Norfolk’s most thriving towns, which is home to Gresham’s School, one of the UK’s oldest public schools.

“I’m impressed with Landform’s ability to win planning approval. They’ve earned the trust of many councils for all types of large residential and commercial sites.”
