15 acres of land for sport pitches + £1.4million for pool refurbishment, modernisation of car park and fitness centre

The Aylsham scheme has recently been successfully built out by David Wilson Homes (part of Barratts) and a second phase on adjoining land is being planned.

As part of the planning proposals, Landform gifted the nearby Aylsham High School 15 acres (6ha) of land to be used by the Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rated school for new leisure amenities. This included new sporting facilities, a £1.4m fitness and community centre as well as a modernised of its swimming pool and more space for car parking.

Landform worked closely with the school and the local community to create this attractive development which has delivered long-term benefits for the town and its residents that otherwise would not have been delivered.

“We chose the right partner with Landform, and they delivered the best results.”

“Landform took the time to understand the aspirations of the school and local community and worked hard to include these aims in the application.”
