Landform secured planning consent for more
than 1,000 new homes in 2016, with a success rate of over 95%.

Thornbury

A planning application for 350 new private and affordable homes at Cleve Park, near Thornbury, is currently with South Gloucestershire District Council and a decision is expected early in the New Year.

These proposals for Cleve Park, which adjoins Morton Way and Grovesend Road, also include plans for bungalows, 15 self-build plots, a 70 bed care home for elderly residents, public open spaces, access to the nearby ancient woodlands as well as community facilities and shops.

We have included in the plans many of the ideas put forward by local residents at a Community Planning weekend and public exhibitions held last year by the masterplanners, John Thompson & Partners.  The feedback from both events was positive and many of the concerns and good ideas expressed by residents have been taken on board by JTP in the plans now submitted.

The project is for up to 350 new homes, a care home and 15 self-build plots.
