Landform secured planning consent for more
than 1,000 new homes in 2016, with a success rate of over 95%.

Mulbarton

Building has started on this housing development for 180 private and affordable homes which is situated in the pretty village of Mulbarton, three miles south west of Norwich. Local housebuilder, Hopkins Homes, bought the site from Landform and will include new allotments and large areas of new public open space on the 13.5 hectare (33 acres) site as part of the agreement reached with South Norfolk Council.

Landform worked closely with the Mulbarton Infant & Junior Schools to identify many projects that needed modernisation and the sum of £650,000 was secured through the planning agreement to help with the works.  Landform also made land available on the site for a new GP surgery which had outgrown its existing premises.
